Returns & Refunds

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours at no charge. Cancellations requested after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administrative fee. If your order has already shipped, you will also be responsible for the actual return shipping cost. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.


Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To begin a return, contact us at support@traversegenerators.com. Once your return is approved, we will send a return shipping label and instructions.

Important: Do not send items back without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Generators or multi-fuel units that have been filled with fuel or oil

  • Custom or special-order items

  • Products not in original condition or packaging

Please inspect your equipment before adding fuel or oil, as this will void return eligibility under U.S. regulations.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@traversegenerators.com within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or return.


Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, request this when initiating your return. Upon approval, we will issue store credit, which can be used to purchase a replacement.


Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by your bank or card issuer.
